Front Office Executive

The candidates applying for the position of Front office executive, would be:

Responsible for: 

    • Attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department.
    • Handling the walk-in vendors, candidates
    • Maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organised manner
    • Handling administrative tasks
    • Providing assistance to the heads in the Administration & HR department.
    • Responsible for supervising the housekeeping department and ensuring that all the items are there in the stock.
    • Adhering to all the safety procedures and keeping the management informed about any kind of unsafe situation
    • Maintaining the records of In-out parcels / letters, basic book-keeping and filing of documents.
    • Arranging and coordinating in organising the official events

    • Presentable
    • Professional attitude and appearance
    • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in English language (both Verbal & Written)
    • Proficient in MS-Word and MS-Excel
