Front Office Executive
Experience: 0-2 Years
The candidates applying for the position of Front office executive, would be:
- Attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department.
- Handling the walk-in vendors, candidates
- Maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organised manner
- Handling administrative tasks
- Providing assistance to the heads in the Administration & HR department.
- Responsible for supervising the housekeeping department and ensuring that all the items are there in the stock.
- Adhering to all the safety procedures and keeping the management informed about any kind of unsafe situation
- Maintaining the records of In-out parcels / letters, basic book-keeping and filing of documents.
- Arranging and coordinating in organising the official events
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English language (both Verbal & Written)
- Proficient in MS-Word and MS-Excel
