Dashboard Views in Dynamic CRM (#CRM,#MSCRM)

1.Log-in into CRM

Pre-requisites:

  • Users must be the Licensed user in CRM.

Process:

  • Open the below CRM URL.

http://portal.microsoftonline.com.

CRM-Login

  • Enter Valid Username and Password.

After successful login, CRM will be look like below:

Then click on the “…” then you will see the drop menu, select CMS from menu and you will navigate to dashboard of your CRM organization.

Select “Accounts by Industry”

Dashboard-Account

2.View Active accounts

Pre-requisites:

  • Users must be the Licensed user in CRM.
  • Users must be have security permissions on Account entity to see all accounts.

Process:

  • Go to Workplace.
  • Select Accounts from Sitemap (Left navigation).

Dashboard-LeftNevigation

Change Views:

  • Change the Accounts view from view Dropdown (3rd Point from above screen shot).

 

View Dashboards

Pre-requisites:

  • Users must be the Licensed user in CRM.
  • Users must be have security permissions on particular entity.

Process:

  • Go to Workplace.
  • Select Dashboards from Sitemap (Left navigation).

Change Dashboard:

  • Change the Dashboard by selecting from dashboard Dropdown (3rd Point from above screen).
