Set against the serene backdrop of a beautiful farmhouse, the evening began with hi-tea and warm welcomes as teammates arrived dressed in their festive best. The atmosphere was instantly buzzing – with laughter, friendly greetings, and the unmistakable sparkle that only Diwali brings.
As the sun dipped, the lights came alive and so did the energy!
What’s a celebration without a little entertainment?
The highlight of the evening kicked off with a stand-up roast by Deepesh Gorani, who had everyone laughing uncontrollably with his witty take on everyday office life and colleagues (all in good fun, of course!).
That was followed by energetic dance performances, soulful singing sessions, and spontaneous cheers that filled the air. Each performance was a reminder of how much hidden talent lives within the Ignatiuz family.
The night got even more exciting with some truly fun games- starting with Tug of War, where teams gave their all and cheered till the very last pull.
Then came the Letter Game, testing everyone’s quick thinking and creativity, and a Diwali twist with the Plant Your Diyas Game, where teams raced to light and place diyas with precision and speed!
Every game, every laugh, every cheer added to the spark of the evening — reminding us that joy multiplies when shared.
Of course, no Ignatiuz celebration is complete without some recognition and sparkle!
The evening wrapped up with Diwali gift distributions — a small gesture of appreciation to every Ignatian who brings light to the workplace every single day.
As everyone shared sweets, smiles, and stories, one thing was clear — Diwali at Ignatiuz isn’t just a celebration; it’s an experience of belonging.
At Ignatiuz, we believe that our people are our brightest lights. This celebration was another reflection of our belief that joy, connection, and shared moments make us stronger as a team and richer as a community.
As the night came to a close, the farmhouse shimmered with diyas, laughter, and that special feeling of togetherness -the kind that truly defines Life at Ignatiuz.
